Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old to use USafe. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use USafe on any iOS device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

• USafe may offer optional paid features ("ProGuard"). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refund is provided for unused portions of an active subscription, except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by law.
• Use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or networks.
• Use the App in any way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.

USafe relies on third-party services including Apple's iOS frameworks, the HaveIBeenPwned API, and DNS security providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

USafe is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will block every ad, scam, breach, or malicious domain. You remain responsible for the security of your device and data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABC Voltario Ltd, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Continued use of USafe after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Limassol, Cyprus.

• These Terms are concluded between you and ABC Voltario Ltd only, not with Apple Inc.
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, maintenance, or support.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
